Troubleshooting:
Cut off the power. check if the power
line is well and connected properly

heater, the PCB, the Relay and related
wiring is disconnection?

Check if the heater is burned out? You can
look or use ohmmeter.
Well: the resistance is about 11 ;
Broken: the resistance is infinite.

Check if the wire connecting of the
hi-limit thermostat
is disconnection

Check if the hi-limit thermostat is well.
Well: the resistance is 0 ;
Broken: the resistance is infinite.

Check if the Power PCB and Display PCB
is good?
