How to manage Backup Images

The system configuration (except for activation code and the panel pin) can be
stored in a backup image. If required, the configuration can be restored within
seconds.
Backup images can be created automatically or manually. All backup images are
stored on the OMD. The image filename always contains the creation date (yyyy-
mm-dd format). Backup images may be created once a day. The OMD can hold up
to seven images.
Backup images should be saved to a local computer for storage. From there, they
can be mounted back on the OMD.

Creating Backup Images automatically
You also have the option of automatically creating backup images at regular
intervals. Simply specify the weekday and time of day when the image is to be
created.
