Creating a self-signed certificate
If a certificate has already been saved on the OMD, the content of this certificate
will be displayed. In this case you have to delete the existing certificate first; see:
'Deleting certificates'
Proceed as follows:
1. Click Configuration.
2. Click Certificates.
3. Enter the data; see Table: Certificate Parameters.
4. Choose Create self-signed certificate.
5. Click Create.
The certificate is created and installed.

Description
is used to clearly identify the certificate. It is advisable to use the
IP address or the host name of the OMD. You can enter a
maximum of 64 characters.
indicates an e-mail address. You can enter a maximum of 40
characters. (Optional Entry)
specifies the company that uses the print server. You can enter a
maximum of 64 characters.
specifies the department or subsection of a company. You can
enter a maximum of 64 characters. (Optional Entry)
specifies the locality where the company is based. You can enter
a maximum of 64 characters.
specifies the state in which the company is based. You can enter
a maximum of 64 characters. (Optional Entry)
specifies the country in which the company is based. Enter the
two-digit country code according to ISO 3166.
Examples: DE for Germany, GB for Great Britain, US for the USA
