Sewing Light

The sewing light is located behind the face plate.
To change the bulb, take the face plate off the sewing machine
by removing the setscrew.
* Unplug the power supply before changing the bulb.
* Do not dismantle the machine other than explained in this
manual.
(A) To remove ........ Turn to the left.
To replace ........ Turn to the right.
(B) To remove ........ Push and twist to the left.
To replace ........ Push and twist to the right.
Warning :
The bulb could be HOT. Protect your fingers when
handle it.

Oil the Machine

Note :
Turn off the power switch and/or unplug the machine
before oil the machine.
Oil the points as shown at least once a year.
Use good quality sewing machine oil.
One or two drops of oil is sufficient.
Remove excess oil, otherwise it may stain fabric.
In case machine is not used for an extended time, oil it before
sewing.

Remove the screw and face plate.
Oil the point as indicated in the illustration.

Oil behind the shuttle hook area
Open the hook cover.
Remove the hook race ring and hook.
Oil the point as indicated in the illustration.

Lámpara de Coser
La lámpara de coser está situada debajo de la chapa lateral.
Para cambiar la bombilla, extraiga la chapa lateral de la máquina
de coser soltando el tornillo de fijación.
* Desenchufe la corriente antes de cambiar la bombilla.
* No desmonte la máquina de un modo distinto al que se
explica en este manual.
(A) Desmontaje ...... Gire a la izquierda.
Montaje ...... Gire a la derecha.
(B) Desmontaje ...... Empuje y gire a la izquierda.
Montaje ...... Empuje y gire a la derecha.
Advertencia: La bombilla puede estar CALIENTE.
Protéjase los dedos al manipularla.
Engrase de la máquina
Nota:
Apague el interruptor y/o desconecte la máquina antes
de engrasar la máquina.
Aplique aceite en los puntos señalados al menos una vez al
año.
Utilice un aceite para máquinas de coser de buena calidad.
Basta con una o dos gotas de aceite.
Retire el aceite sobrante, ya que de lo contrario puede manchar
el tejido.
Si la máquina no ha sido utilizada durante un período de tiempo
prolongado, aplique aceite antes de coser.
Lubrique debajo de la chapa lateral
Saque el tornillo de sujeción y la placa frontal.
Aplique aceite en el punto que se indica en la figura.

Lubricación de la zona de la lanzadera.
Abra la tapa de la lanzadera.
Extraiga el anillo de la pista de la lanzadera y la lanzadera.
Aplique aceite en el punto que se indica en la figura.
