1.4 Making a new configuration
Necessary tools
Latest version of the Projector Toolset.
How to make a new projector configuration via an IP address?
1. Startup the Projector Toolset. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Projector Toolset installed.
2. Create a new projector configuration via the menu Configuration > Add > Large venue > Barco FLM. As a result the "Create
device" window pops up.

3. Click on the "Connection" button (reference 1 image 1-4) in the "Create device" window. As a result the window is adapted for
the properties regarding the connections.

4. Activate "A device connected on the network" and click on the "Device scan" button (reference 2 image 1-5). Make sure that
the projector is operational and that the projector is connected with the same network of the PC running the Projector Toolset.
(Ethernet connections via an UTP cable).
5. Select the projector (reference 3 image 1-5) out of the list with discovered devices. As a result the IP address (reference 4
image 1-6) is filled in automatically.
