Firmware Checkpoints

The following Fxx code checkpoints are displayed on the operator panel during
system startup, and can be used for diagnostic purposes.
If you replace FRUs and the problem is still not corrected, go to MAP 0030 in the
Diagnostics Information for Multiple Bus Systems unless otherwise indicated in the
tables.

Checkpoint Description
F01 Performing system memory test
(May take several minutes if large
amount of memory installed.)
F05 Transfer control to Operating
System (normal boot).
F22 No memory detected (system
lockup) Note: The disk drive light is
on continuously.
F2C Processor card mismatch (Model
240)
F4D Loading boot image
F4F NVRAM initialization
F51 Probing primary PCI bus
F52 Probing for adapter FCODE,
evaluate if present
