Opening the topcase

• Unlock the topcase.
» The lock barrel is vertical.
• Press lock barrel 7.
» Locking lever 8 pops out.
• Fully open the locking lever.
• Open lid.
Closing the topcase
• Fully open locking lever 8.
• Close lid and press it down.
Check that nothing is
trapped between the lid and
the case.
• Push the locking lever down
until it engages.
• Lock the topcase.
» The lock barrel is horizontal.
