• Turn bulb holder 5 counter-
clockwise to remove it from
the headlight housing; pivot
lever 6 in the shell down (on
the right side of the motor-
cycle: pivot the lever up).
• Remove bulb 7 from the bulb
holder.
Installation is the reverse of the
removal procedure.
• Use a clean, dry cloth to hold
the new bulb.
• Check that the bulb is cor-
rected seated (by looking in
through the headlight lens).
• When installing fairing panel 2,
make sure that the lug of the
panel is correctly seated in
the corresponding recess.
• When installing the mirror
housing, make sure that the
three plugs all engage in
their corresponding mounts.
Replacing brake-light,
rear light and rear-indica-
tor bulbs
If it is not standing firmly,
the motorcycle could
topple in the course of the op-
erations described below.
Make sure that the motorcycle
is steady on its stand.c
