Deactivating the system

When you actuate the:
– Brakes

– Clutch
– Throttle twistgrip (turn the
twistgrip back past the
normal closed-throttle
position)
the cruise-control system is
deactivated.
» The yellow SET telltale light
of the cruise control system
goes out.
» The red telltale light in the
switch remains on.
Resuming former cruis-
ing speed
• Push button 3 in the RES
direction.
» The yellow SET telltale light
of the cruise control system
lights up.
» The motorcycle resumes the
previous cruising speed and
this setting is saved.
Opening the throttle does
not deactivate the cruise-
control system. If you release
the twistgrip the motorcycle
will decelerate only to the
cruising speed saved in mem-
ory, even though you might
have intended slowing to a
lower speed.c
Deactivating the system
• Move switch 1 to OFF.
» The system is deactivated.
» Button 3 is locked.
