Set the appliance in a suitable place, block it to ensure stability, and connect to the
water and power supplies. Blocked and connected appliance is ready for
operation.
The warranty does not include replacements or repairs of malfunctions
caused by incorrect connection of the appliance.
The quality and the quantity of the ice cream depend on:
temperature of the cooling water
temperature of air
final temperature of the ice cream
quantity and quality of the ice cream mixture
Put the ingredients into the mixture production cylinder, close the lid and press
START button. The appliance will produce the needed mixture based on selected
program (P.1 ~ P.21).
Appliance operations:
simultaneous mixing and heating of the mixture until the pre-selected
temperature (max 115° C),
simultaneous mixing and cooling of the mixture to 4° C and maintaining the
produced mass at a temperature of 4~5° C;
possible mixing modes in production cylinder:
constant,
impulsive,
fast,
slow.
