7.1.4 COOLING AND MAINTAINING key
Pressing this key will activate the ice cream mixture cooling and
maintaining. Ice cream mixture is cooled down to 4° C and then
automatically maintained at the temperature 4-5° C until is used.
7.1.5 MIXING key
Pressing this key will activate the mixer if the appliance stands still. If
the appliance is in the cooling or heating phase, pressing this key
sets the rotation speed of the mixer.
Light indicators display the selected mixing speed; when both
indicators are on, speed is set automatically as required in individual
processing phases.
7.1.6 AUTOMATIC MIXTURE TREATING key
Pressing this key will activate the mixture treating with preseted
temperature. The ice cream mixture is mixed and heated up to the
preseted treating temperature of 85° C. As soon as the heating phase
is completed the appliance enters cooling phase.
The mixture is cooled down to 4° C and subsequently automatically
maintained at the temperature 4-5° C until is used.
7.1.7 STOP / RESET key
Pressing this key will stop the operation of the appliance, regardless
of the current phase. OFF is displayed on the display. After this, any
key may be used.

7.2 DISPLAY WITH KEYS AND LIGHT INDICATORS

7.2.1 HEATING PHASE
When this indicator is lit, appliance is in the heating phase.
7.2.2 MANUAL MIXTURE TREATING
When this indicator is lit, appliance is in the cooking phase during
mixture treating with manually selected temperature.
7.2.3 COOLING PHASE
When this indicator is lit, appliance is in the mixture-maintaining
phase.
When this indicator is blinking, appliance is in the cooling phase.
