4. Loosen the grounding. screw using a medium
size Phillips screwdriver.
5. Push the printer cable spring retainers to
either side and remove the cable from the
printer.

6. Tape the printer cable to protect the
connectors.
7. Place a piece of paper in the printer carriage
to protect the print head during shipping.
