Drive D Replacement
1. Slide the disk drive into slot D as shown.
Note: Shown below are examples of the fixed
disk drive and connectors. These may not be
the same as those in your system; however,
certain items are the same.
• Jl, the control connector, has 34 pins.
• J3, the data connector, has 22 pins.
• The Power connector has 4 pins and:
- May be mounted on the logic board or,
- May be on a pigtail.
2. With the front of the drive extending from the
front panel approximately 50 mm (about 2
in.), connect the power connector, control
connector (Jl), and data connector (J3).
