You have entered this PIC because your system
has a 14XX error code or you have identified a
problem with your Matrix or Graphics Printer.
Note:
If you have not already done so, run the
Printer Adapter diagnostic before you continue
with this procedure.
1.
Set the system unit power switch to Off.
2. Set the printer Power switch to Off.
3. Verify that the forms and ribbon are properly
inserted and not binding.
4.
Move the print head to the leftmost position.
5. Set the printer Power switch to On.
ARE THE POWER, READY AND ONLINE
LIGHTS ON?
NO Go to page 3-1400-12.
YES
