Note: When connecting the iQ printer to a computer via the USB interface cable, make sure to utilize the same USB port used during the driver installation process, which enables the printer to retrieve needed commands or data from the PC.

It is advised to periodically clean the printer’s interior in order to prevent the accumulated debris from damaging internal parts. To clean the printer interior, use a cotton swabs dipped into anhydrous isopropyl alcohol and remove any debris.
