What it Means What to Do
Ground Try again by
fault. Current is disconnecting the
leaking through an Wall Connector from
unsafe path. the vehicle and
Possible Line to reconnecting. If the
ground or Neutral problem persists, turn
to ground fault. OFF the circuit
breaker servicing the
Wall Connector, wait
10 seconds, turn the
circuit breaker ON
again, then try
reconnecting the Wall
Connector to the
vehicle. If the problem
persists, contact Tesla.
No ground Make sure the Wall
connection Connector is properly
detected in the Wall grounded. If uncertain,
Connector. consult your
electrician to ensure
proper grounding at
your circuit breaker or
power distribution
box and that
appropriate
connections are made
to the Wall Connector.
Input miswired: The wiring between
possibly Line and the wall power and
Neutral are the Wall Connector
swapped. has been incorrectly
installed. Consult your
electrician.
