Configuring a CE3 interface in E3 mode

Step
1. Enter system view.
2. Enter CE3 interface view.
3. Configure the interface to
operate in E3 mode.
4. Configure the interface to
operate in FE3 mode and set
the DSU mode or the subrate.
5. Set other interface
parameters.
Configure PPP, FR, and IP address for the CE3 interface if the network requires.

4. Set the operating mode of an
E1 line on the CE3 interface to
unframed mode or framed
mode.
