housing for the height adjustment of the pedal
bearing position and the replacement of the pedal
bearing support
The replacement of the pedal bearing
support is carried out by undoing the two M6
clamp screws (AF 5 mm) on the pedal bearing
housing and the two M6 clamp screws (AF
5 mm) on the upper fork bridge (figures 12
and 13). Then the new pedal bearing support
is inserted into the fork bridge with another
length and the two M6 clamp screws
(AF 5 mm) are tightened to 7 Nm and secured
with thread lock fluid. Finally, the pedal bearing
housing is positioned on the pedal bearing
support and retained at the desired height. In
order to fix the pedal bearing housing, the two
M6 clamp screws (AF 5 mm) on the pedal
bearing support are tightened to 7 Nm and
secured with thread lock fluid.
