MELTER FEEDER KIT
INTRODUCTION
The 2300 Retrofit
Melter :Feeder Kit is designed
to convert the
2300
with the Robert Shaw Controller,
2000 Series, Model IV,
Model V, Model VII and Model IX Melter Feeders to the new 2300
Melter Feeder. The new Melter Feeder is more user friendly
and ef-
ficient. This improved
performance
is a result of the new Hood
and Chute Assembly
design and the addition
of the Rechner
Sensor.
UNPACKING
Carefully
remove the kit components
from the shipping
container
and compare
them with the list provided
below. Inspect the com-
ponents for obvious signs of damage.
If damage is found, contact
your Nordson
