Position of the alignment notch and choice of appropriate notch sensor:

Bottom =
the notch position is detected by the lower mobile sensor (the notch
can be positioned anywhere across the width of the non-thermal side
of paper)
Top Side (*) =
the notch position is detected by the upper optional sensor (the
notch is located on the thermal side of paper and near the edge of
the paper)
NOTE: The "Top Side" value is printed only with VKP80III emulation enabled.
Threshold value (in percent) for the recognition of the presence of notch by the notch
sensor:

NOTE: If the "Notch Position" parameter is disabled, this parameter is not printed.
"Notch Distance" is the minimum distance (in mm) between the upper edge of ticket
and the notch.
The numeric value of the distance is made up with the following four parameters
for the setting of three digits (two for the integer part of the number and one for the
decimal part) and of the sign:
NOTCH DISTANCE SIGN
NOTCH DISTANCE [mm x 10]
NOTCH DISTANCE [mm x 1]
NOTCH DISTANCE [mm x .1]
NOTE: For example, to set the notch distance to 15 mm, modify the parameters as follows:

Notch Distance [mm x 1]
Notch Distance [mm x .1] = 0
NOTE: If the "Notch Position" parameter is disabled, the parameters for the "Notch Distance" are not
printed.
