Management port

The ERS 4000 series hardware is not equipped with a designated out-of-band (OOB)
management port. Use the management port for OOB management when an IP address is
assigned to that port. Use the console interface or the in-band switch IP address set from the
console terminal through any network port to manage the switch. Before you can use the OOB
