Disconnect the two cables (B) and remove the printhead.
Note: Be sure the printhead cables are correctly aligned and secured. Be sure to perform the printhead-to-
platen gap adjustment. See

Remove the ribbon access cover. See
2.
Remove the printhead. See
3.
Remove the rear cover. See
4.
Remove the top cover. See
5.
Remove the clip (A) holding the printhead cable.
Note: Pay attention to how the ends (B) of the clip are engaged to the carrier slots.
