Resetting:
The TRTD7 can be reset to factory defaults by pressing and holding + and
- simultaneously until the screen goes blank, and then shows all segments.
The time and date may need resetting.

Sleep Mode:

If power is removed for any reason, then the internal battery will preserve the
programming, and also the time / date. The screen will go blank ten seconds
after the power is turned off, to preserve the battery life. It can be woken up
by pressing the + or - button, or by reapplying mains power to the unit.
