Pull the front panel toward you, and lift it up to remove it.

Remove the dummy unit.
Press the tabs on the both sides of the drive bay fixed rail (two locations) inward, and pull the
dummy unit out slowly to remove it.
Keep the removed dummy units in a safe place.

Remove the fixed rails from the removed dummy unit.
Remove 12 screws, and remove the drive bay fixed rails.
The front side screws (four in total for right and left) are used to attach the fixed
rails in Step 6.
