Franking
Activate from standby with any key.
Insert MASTER card (if necessary).
Select account (if set up).
Set mailing data: Call "Rate" menu.
Set destination, type, size and special services.
Return to the main menu with
Without scales ...
Enter the
weight of the
mail piece.
Product of Royal Mail is set.
Postage value is displayed in the main menu.
Set endorsement (if necessary).
Set advertising imprint (if necessary).
Position the letter. The mymail prints the stamp.
When using franking labels:
The minimum length of franking labels is
140 mm.

Memory – setting product / postage value

Select account (if set up).
In the main menu:
Type the memory item number (keys
Product of Royal Mail is set.
Postage value is displayed in the main menu.
Set endorsement (if necessary).
Set advertising imprint (if necessary).
Caution! If you wish to disconnect the mymail from the mains:
Make sure that the mymail is in standby (display is dark, showing
the date), otherwise the safety functions installed for the
protection of the print head cannot be operational.
Tip: Use the "Log off" function to switch the mymail to standby.
You can also wait until the mymail changes over to standby.
