Place the letterhead faceup, top edge first in the multipurpose feeder.

Select the size of the letterhead.

Navigate to:
Continue > Letterhead > Continue > Copy It

Customizing copy settings

Copying in black and white

Load an original document faceup, short edge first into the ADF or facedown on the scanner glass.
Note: Do not load postcards, photos, small items, transparencies, photo paper, or thin media (such as magazine
clippings) into the ADF. Place these items on the scanner glass.

If you are loading a document into the ADF, then adjust the paper guides.

From the home screen, navigate to:
Copy > Allow color copies > Off >

Copying to a different size

Load an original document faceup, short edge first into the ADF or facedown on the scanner glass.
Note: Do not load postcards, photos, small items, transparencies, photo paper, or thin media (such as magazine
clippings) into the ADF. Place these items on the scanner glass.

If you are loading a document into the ADF, then adjust the paper guides.

On the home screen, touch Copy.

Touch Copy from > select the size of the original document >

Touch Copy to > select the size of the copy >
Note: The printer will scale the size automatically.

Touch Copy It.
