Primary Drive Gear; Oil Pump - HYOSUNG GT 650 Service Manual

● Remove the clutch sleeve hub ① and primary driv-
en gear assembly ② .

PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR

● With the crankshaft held immovable using special
tool, remove the primary drive gear nut ③.
● Remove the water pump drive gear ④ and primary
drive gear ⑤.
Conrod holder : 09910-20115
CAUTION
This nut has left-hand thread. If turning it counter-
clockwise ( ), it may cause damage.
Pay attention at the primary drive gear nut with
a washer, and water pump drive gear with a
washer.
● Remove the cam chain ⑥.
● Remove the cam chain tensioner ⑦.

OIL PUMP

● Remove the circlip ⑧ and oil pump driven gear ⑨.
