Viewing a calendar notification

Procedure
1. Swipe down Topbar.
The Collaboration Station displays the expanded view of Topbar.
2. Tap the calendar notification entry that you want to view.
The Collaboration Station displays the Calendar notifications window.
3. Tap the event to view the details.

Calling through click-to-dial

About this task
If the event is a meeting that includes a phone number, the Collaboration Station displays the
number and an option to call that number.
Procedure
1. Tap the Calendar app.
The Collaboration Station displays the Calendar screen.
2. Tap the event to view the details.
3. Tap Connect.
The Collaboration Station displays the Communication app to make the call.
