Chapter 8: Contacts

You can use the Contacts app to manage your contacts. You can add, delete, edit, sort, and filter
contacts. If an image is available, you can see it in the contact card, the contact list, recents, call
containers, conference call rosters, incoming call containers, compact call containers, monitoring
panel records, lock screen, call forwarding, presence status panel, and the expanded top bar.
Otherwise, the initial letter of the name or avatar (if the contact is stored without a name) is
displayed. You can:
• Save an aggregate of 5000 contacts on Collaboration Station. The maximum number of
contacts that you can save from each source is as follows:
- 250 Avaya Aura
- 250 Avaya one-X
- 5000 Microsoft Exchange Server contacts.
