BULB REPLACEMENT

For normal operation of the light-
ing and light warning system, use the
bulbs as defined in Annex 2.
ATTENTION!
Before replacing any bulb,
make sure that the appropriate
signalling and lighting unit is
turned off.
Headlight unit
Dipped light bulb replacement:
– open the bonnet (see the sec-
tion «Bonnet»);
– remove protective rubber cover
3 (Fig. 61);
– disconnect the terminal block
with the wires from the bulb;
– remove spring lock 5, by clicking
on it;
– take out bulb 6 holding its base.
The installation of the new bulb
should be carried out in reverse or-
der. Do not touch the bulb! Replacing
the bulb should be carried out in cot-
ton gloves. After installing the new
dipped light bulb, check protective
rubber cover 3 for close fitting to the
housing of the headlight unit.
Main beam bulb replacement:
– open the bonnet (see the sec-
tion «Bonnet»);
– remove protective rubber cover 1;
– disconnect the terminal block
from the bulb;
– remove the spring lock, by click-
ing on it;
– take out the bulb holding its
base.
The installation of the new bulb
should be carried out in reverse
order. Do not touch the bulb!
Replacing the bulb should be carried
out in cotton gloves. After installing
the new main light bulb, check pro-
tective rubber cover 1 for close fitting
to the housing of the headlight unit.

Replacement of daytime run-
ning light and tail lights:
– open the bonnet (see the sec-
tion «Bonnet»);
– turn bulb socket 2 counter-
clockwise until it stops;
– remove the socket with the bulb
from the headlight housing;
– remove the bulb from the socket.
The installation of the new bulb
should be carried out in reverse or-
der.
Direction indicator bulb re-
placement:
– open the bonnet (see the sec-
tion «Bonnet»);
– turn bulb socket 4 on yourself
until it stops;
