Advanced Switch Configuration

3.2.1.

VLAN Management

Select "Advanced Config" and "VLAN" and then "VLAN Management" to open the
screen shown in Figure 3-15. On this screen, you can configure the specified VLAN
settings.
Screen Description
VLAN Total Displays the Switching Hub's current number of VLANs.
Count
VLAN ID Displays the VLAN ID of a VLAN.
VLAN Name Displays the VLAN name.
VLAN Displays the VLAN type.
Type
Permanent
Static
Management Displays whether or not the VLAN is the management VLAN.
VLAN
UP
DOWN

This is the initial setting VLAN.
This VLAN cannot be removed.
This is a new VLAN.
This VLAN is the management LAN (VLAN that can communicate
with CPU).
This VLAN is not the management VLAN.
