Turning your smartphone on/off The term smartphone refers to the device and its physical aspects. The term phone refers to the wireless feature of your Palm Treo ™ Pro smartphone that enables you to connect to your wireless service provider’s network so that you can make and receive calls and send and receive data.

Synchronization overview This chapter discusses using desktop sync software and other methods to synchronize your smartphone and your computer.
