Below this temperature in the upper part of the
buffer starts charging.
Above this temperature at the bottom of a buffer
completes the process of charging.
Constant - the buffer is charged regardless of the
time,
time - the buffer charged only at specified
intervals. Intervals are set in the "time program",
disabled - off charging buffer.
