Team Button

Using a Team Button, a user can view the state of another station and answer calls that are
actively ringing on that station, or selectively answer any one of them. The Team Button can
also be used to speed dial the station that the user is monitoring.
Team Button notifications can be set to either audible, visual, or both. The behavior of the visual
alerting, however, depends on the deskphone type.
If there are one or more ringing calls on the station that the user is monitoring, then the Pickup
functionality is active. If there are no ringing calls, the Speed dial functionality is active, even if
the user of the monitored station is on a call.
Administer the TEAM_BUTTON_RING_TYPE parameter to set the default alerting option for
the Team Button.

Enhanced Call Forward

Note:
The Enhanced Call Forward feature is not supported on the 9601 deskphone.
Note:
The Enhanced Call Forward (ECF) feature provides flexibility in forwarding incoming calls to
different destinations, based on different conditions. These conditions are:
Caller type: Whether the call is coming from internal number or an external number

Phone status: A user can choose to forward:
●
- all incoming calls
- when the deskphone is busy, or
- when there is no answer.
An ECF feature button can be set up for the deskphone to display on the Feature Screen, Quick
Touch Panel, SBM24, BM12, Favorite Feature on the Phone Screen, or the Home Screen. ECF
can be accessed and enabled or disabled using the feature button.
