Barcode scanners can be connected to the
washer-disinfector via the multiport on the unclean side and,
if available, on the clean side as well.
The configuration of the serial interface for the barcode
scanner is described in the section "PC / Print functions /
Interface configuration" in the Programming Manual.
All barcode scanner functions are available at every
operating level:
– Scan loading operator
– Scan unloading operator
– Scan the load
The scanned barcodes are used to record the users and/or
loads in the wash protocol.
User scan and load scan can be activated independently of
each other. Activation is described in the section "System
functions / Barcode" in the Programming Manual.
