Attach the shafts and engage the brake.
Fit the stoppers onto the shafts.
Fit two stoppers onto each shaft.
Place the shafts on the stand and engage the brake.
Peel off the tape.

Flip down toward
the outer side.
Engage the brake.
Orient so that this side
faces outward.
