If you have any of the problems listed below try the solutions given.
Problem
General
The buttons cannot be
pressed properly.
The time is not
displayed.
The oven does not
work.
The oven stops while
in operation.
The power turns off
during operation.
There is no power to
the oven.

Cause
Foreign matter may be caught
between the buttons.
For touch models: Moisture is on the
exterior.
Child lock is activated.
Power is not supplied.
The Eco (power-saving) function is
set.
Power is not supplied.
The door is open.
The door open safety mechanisms
are covered in foreign matter.
The user has opened the door to turn
food over.
The oven has been cooking for an
extended period of time.
The cooling fan is not working.
Trying to operate the oven without
food inside.
There is not sufficient ventilation
space for the oven.
Several power plugs are being used
in the same socket.
Power is not supplied.
Action
Remove the foreign matter
and try again.
Wipe the moisture from the
exterior.
Deactivate Child lock.
Make sure power is supplied.
Turn off the Eco function.
Make sure power is supplied.
Close the door and try again.
Remove the foreign matter
and try again.
After turning over the food,
press the Start button again
to start operation.
After cooking for an
extended period of time, let
the oven cool.
Listen for the sound of the
cooling fan.
Put food in the oven.
There are intake/exhaust
outlets on the front and rear
of the oven for ventilation.
Keep the gaps specified
in the product installation
guide.
Designate only one socket to
be used for the oven.
Make sure power is supplied.
