UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not attempt to assemble the band saw, plug in the
power cord or turn on the switch if any parts are damaged or missing.
Failure to heed this warning could result in serious personal injury.
NOTE: Make certain all parts are accounted for before discarding any
packing material.
This tool comes fully assembled. It will be necessary to do some set up.

REMOVING THE PACKAGING

Remove the carton used to protect the machine during transport. We
advise keeping the packaging for future use (for transportion or storage).
HANDLING
● Immobilise the head frame by means of the arm locking pin
(M, fig 2 & 3).
● Lift the machine as illustrated (fig 4).
NOTE: Machine weight: 33 lb. (15 kg)
SET-UP
WARNING! For your own safety, never connect the plug to the power
source outlet or insert the switch insert key until all the assembly steps
are complete and you have read and understood the entire owner's
manual.
TRANSPORT
WARNING! To ensure safe transport of the machine from one work
place to another, replace it in its original packaging.

POSITIONING / WORK STATION

Position the machine on a work bench or pedestal with a height of
between 35.5 and 37.5 inches (900 to 950 mm) from the ground. The
surface on which the machine is placed must be big enough to guarantee
machine stability.
