Stand the vehicle upright.

Remove screw cap

Press the brake piston back to its basic position and make sure that no brake fluid
overflows from the brake fluid reservoir.

Make sure when pushing back the brake piston that you do not press the
brake caliper against the spokes.

Remove locking split pins

Clean brake caliper and brake caliper support.

Check that anti-squeal shim
brake caliper support are seated correctly.

Fit the brake pads, insert the bolt, and mount the locking split pins.

Operate the foot brake lever repeatedly until the brake linings are in contact with
the brake disc and there is a pressure point.

Correct the brake fluid reservoir level to the marking

Mount the screw cap
