7.50.1 Setting the maximum working pressure
1 Adjustment screw, high pressure
2 Lock nut, adjustment screw, high pressure
3 Spindle, pressure and quantity regulation
4 Adjustment screw, low pressure
5 Lock nut, adjustment screw, low pressure
6 Housing, overflow valve
Fasten the test manometer to the high-pressure con-
nection.
Connect high-pressure hose with standard gun to the
test pressure gauge.
Install the new high pressure nozzle.
Open standard gun.
Turning on the appliance.
Screw in the twist grip of the pressure and volume reg-
ulation on the pump all the way to the stop (towards
"+").
Pull off the rotary handle.
Loosen the locknut of the adjustment screw for high
pressure.
Turn the adjustment screw high pressure in a way that
the opening pressure of the overflow valve is reached
on the test manometer.
Note
If this screw is turned clockwise, the pressure is increased;
and if it is turned counter-clockwise, the pressure is de-
creased.
Secure the adjustment screw for high pressure by tight-
ening the locknut.
Check the working pressure, feed volume and switch
points of the pressure switches.
Then seal this setting.
Note
The maximum working pressure is set with the standard
gun without control knob.
