On consignment of the machine When the machine is delivered to the customer, an immediate check must be performed to ensure all the material mentioned in the shipping documents has been received, and also to check the machine has not been damaged during transportation.

MACHINE PREPARATION 1. HANDLING THE PACKED MACHINE The machine is contained in specific packaging with a pallet for the handling with fork trucks. It is not possible to place more than two packages on top of each other. The total mass of the packed machine is 105 kg per Simpla 45-50 The overall dimensions of the package are: A: 1150 mm B: 610 mm C: 1250 mm 2.
MACHINE PREPARATION ASSEMBLING THE SQUEEGEE For packaging reasons, the squeegee is supplied disassembled from the machine, and must be assembled as shown in the figure, inserting the small column of the squeegee into the coupling mechanism until the lever is triggered. Insert the squeegee tube in the appropriate sleeve, ensuring that the tube lies to the right of the lifting cable.
MACHINE PREPARATION SOLUTION TANK Remove the filler cap and check that the solution filter, on the bottom left, is fitted properly. DETERGENT SOLUTION Fill the solution tank with clean water at a temperature no greater than 50°C and add liquid detergent in the proper concentration, following the instructions of the manufacturer.

WORK OVERFLOW DEVICE The machine is fitted with a float which intervenes when the recovery tank is full, causing the suction tube to close. DAILY MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE RECOVERY TANK 1. Pull out the pipe on the front of the recovery tank 2. Remove the drainage cap and empty the tank ATTENTION! this operation must be carried out using gloves to protect against contact with dangerous solutions 3.
DAILY MAINTENANCE SOLUTION FILTER CLEANING 1. Loosen the solution tank cap 2. Remove the filter by pulling the cover upward, clean it thoroughly 3. Reassemble everything by pushing until the cover of the filter casing snaps closed CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE Check the squeegee is always clean, for better drying results.
DAILY MAINTENANCE REPLACING THE SQUEEGEE RUBBERS Check the state of wear and tear of the squeegee rubbers and, if necessary, replace them. To replace it you must: 1. unthread the squeegee tube from the sleeve 2. push the release lever and unthread the small right-hand column 3.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE TUBE Every week, or whenever suction seems to be unsatisfactory, check the squeegee tube is not obstructed. To clean it, proceed as follows: 1. Unthread the tube from the sleeve on the squeegee 2. Remove the other end from the recovery tank 3.
