Check that the time on your device is correct and synchronized with the network time. If the times are different, it could
prevent your device from connecting (for example, connecting to a network might require that you have a certificate on
your device, and the certificate has an expiration date).
If your email account is a work account, your device might prevent connections to certain wireless access points. For
more information, contact your administrator.
If you still can't connect, contact your Internet service provider.

Bluetooth connections

Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to create a direct connection between your device and another Bluetooth
enabled device. Bluetooth connections are commonly used to play the music on your device through a separate speaker,
make calls on a headset, share files, or connect your device to Android Wear
To connect your device to a Bluetooth enabled device, you must turn on Bluetooth technology on your device and pair your
device with a Bluetooth enabled device.

Turn on Bluetooth technology

Turn on Bluetooth technology to connect to other Bluetooth enabled devices. When you turn on Bluetooth technology and
the Bluetooth screen opens, your device is discoverable and visible to other Bluetooth enabled devices nearby.

Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.

About pairing and connecting your device with a Bluetooth enabled
device
Before you can connect your device with another Bluetooth enabled device, you must pair them. After you have paired the
devices, in the future, you can manually connect the devices when they are in range of one another. Some paired devices,
for example a car kit, usually connect to your device automatically.
Pair and connect your device with a Bluetooth enabled device
Make sure that you turn on Bluetooth technology on the device that you want to connect to.
To connect to a Bluetooth Smart device, you must download the Bluetooth Smart device app to your device, and then use
the app to connect.
