Cause
Updating the @Remote certificate
failed.
The proxy user name or password
is incorrect.
The size of the paper in the tray
does not match the paper size
specified in the printer driver.
The printer cannot detect the
wireless LAN interface board.
The duplex mode for the indicated
tray is not available.
An error on the Ethernet is
detected.
Independent-supply toner is set.
There is no paper in the specified
tray.
The printer's self-diagnostic test
failed due to a loopback error.
Solution
Turn the printer off, and then turn it
on again. If the problem persists,
contact your sales or service
representative.
Check the proxy server settings,
and then change the user name
and/or password if they are
incorrect.
Select a tray containing paper
that is the same size as the
specified paper size.
Check that the board is supported
or installed correctly.
You can use one-sided printing
only. Press [Change] to change
the tray's settings, press [JobReset]
to reset the job, or press [Form
Feed] to force printing.
Turn the printer off, and then turn it
on again. If the problem persists,
contact your sales or service
representative.
Use the toner recommended for
this printer.
Load the specified paper in the
tray, press [JobReset] to reset the
job.
Replace the IEEE 1284 board that
caused the error.
