• Do not immerse the base unit of the multi-cooker, wire or plug in water
or other liquid.
• The repair or replacement of the faulty wire should be performed by a
service centre professional or a qualified electrician. Do not use the multi-
cooker if the wire or plug is damaged.
• Use only the supplied inner pot. Do not replace it by any other container
to avoid overheating and other hazards.
• Use the inner pot with care so as not to damage the non-stick coating.
• When in use the inner pot gets very hot. Do not touch the inner pot with
unprotected hands to avoid burns.
• Never fill the inner pot above the allowed volume as it can create hazards
and damage the multi-cooker.
• Before using the multi-cooker make sure that the heating plate and the
outer surface of the inner pot is dry and clean. Moisture or food particles
on the outer surface of the inner pot and heating plate can cause a short
circuit or device damage.
• Always check that the steam vent hole is not blocked before switching
on the multi-cooker.
• Do not use aluminium foil, baking cups or similar accessories made of
metal-containing materials.
• To avoid hazardous situation do not allow the contact of the heating plate
with metal items or kitchen accessories and do not put foreign objects
inside the multi-cooker.
• Operation of the multi-cooker can be accompanied by insignificant char-
acteristic noises. This is a normal event and is not a sign of a malfunction.
• If you notice smoke or burning smell from any of the multi-cooker joints
or strange noises, immediately switch off the multi-cooker, disconnect it
from the electric outlet, release the steam through the vent and contact
a service centre.
• If the heating plate is damaged or the bowl is deformed please contact
a service centre.
• Store the multi-cooker in its box in a dry room out of reach of children.
• Keep this manual for your reference and, if you transfer the multi-cooker
to another owner, please hand over this manual together with the device.

nOTE
• The multi-cooker is equipped with a sensory control panel. To activate
buttons you only need to lightly touch them with your fingers. Do not press
the buttons with force. If the button is not activated after the touch you
simply need to increase the contact area.
• Never clean the control panel with solvents such as ethanol or acetone
so as not to damage the inscriptions and coating.
• Each stage of the program setup is accompanied by a short sound signal.
• If during the setup of the program, cooking time or timer no buttons are
touched for 10 seconds the multi-cooker starts producing short sounds un-
til one of the buttons is pressed.
1. Heating / Cancel
• Turning heating on/off. To heat a dish please push this button and the
multi-cooker will heat it up and maintain the temperature of 60-80°C.
During this the button is lit and the display shows the count-up timer.
• Setting cancellation. To cancel the current settings push and hold this
button for 3 seconds. This will put the multi-cooker in standby mode.
2. Level of cooking
• In "Rice" mode you can choose one of three levels of cooking (Soft,
Standard, Hard). When you press this button the cooking level indication
changes cyclically: Standard  Hard  Soft.
3. Start
• Standby mode indication. When the multi-cooker is plugged into an elec-
tric outlet the start button light starts flashing.
• Program start. During the cooking process the light is on continuously.
4. Mode selection
• When you press this button the programs are cycled (Rice  Express
rice  Pilaf  Risotto  Milk porridge  Potato  Soup  Stewing
 Steam cooking  Frying  Baking  Self-cleaning  Rice  etc.)
