Press the button (32) to start brew-
ing coffee. The red indicator light
"Coffee machine" (25) lights up. The
brewing process begins.
Roughly 1 minute after brewing has
completed, you can remove the glass
jug (21) and pour coffee.
After completing the brewing process, the
coffee is kept warm on the hot plate for
about two hours. The appliance then swit- The appliance then swit-
ches itself off automatically.
NOTE
Due to expansion of materials,
clicking noises may occur during
operation. These operating noises
are completely normal.
Cancelling the brewing process
Press the button (32) to cancel the
brewing process. The red indicator
light "Coffee machine" (25) extin-
guishes.
Press the button again to restart brew-
ing.
Switching off the coffee machine
Press the button (32) to switch off
the coffee machine.

Brewing coffee using the timer
NOTE
To brew coffee using the timer, the
clock must be set as described in the
section Setting the clock (page 30).
Press the
button (28) twice.

To fast forward, press and hold down
the button (33) or

The TIMER display extinguishes auto-
matically a few seconds after pressing
the button or when
