General remarks

-
If you have no or little experience with airplane models, you should ¿ rst practice with a
Flight simulation program.
-
Seek advice from an experienced R/C user for the ¿ rst few attempts.
-
Acquaint yourself with the control functions of the transmitter.
-
Begin your À ight experiments standing behind the model, the line of sight in the À ight direction.
In this case, the control reaction is the same as the direction of control.
Furthermore acquaint yourself with the control of the model as it comes towards you (side-inverted reaction to the direction
of control)!

Charging and installation of the airplane batteries

Always charge the battery outside of the model!
-
Connect the battery charger with the battery adapter.
-
Plug the plug battery charger in a power socket.
-
Put the battery in a metal bowl and
-
Connect the battery with the battery charger.
-
Make sure that the connector is inserted correctly to avoid a short circuit.
Do not cover the battery!
The charging time for the Helicopter battery is 90 minutes.
Do not charge the battery for longer than the specified time, since excessive charging may result in overheating and
damage to the battery.
The temperature of the battery should not exceed 60°C during the charging process.
The battery will not be fully charged if it is not charged for the full 90 minutes. This will influence the flight time and
the flight characteristics.
Push the airplane battery from the rear into the recess in the fuselage.
-
Thread the battery cable under the fuselage through the running gear (1) and
-
connect to the battery with the À ight controller.
If you run the battery cable above the fuselage, the cabin hood can only be
attached with dif¿ culty.
To dismantle the battery, proceed in the opposite sequence.

Fastening the rotor blades

The rotor blades must be able to align themselves 180° to each other solely
by the centrifugal force.
-
Therefore check the seating of the retaining screws (a) of the rotor blades:
The screws may only be tightened ¿ rmly enough that the rotor blades still fold
downwards when you tip the helicopter to the side.
-
The steering lever (b) for adjusting the rotor blade on the upper rotor rotation
cannot be set.
