A.3.4.1.1 Prime Modulator Configuration Status
The Prime Modulator Configuration Status command causes a block of data to be
returned by the SMS-758. The block of data reflects the stored configuration of the
modulator selected.

y = 1, 2, or 3 (1 is high priority, 2 is medium priority, and 3 is low priority).
