Checking Copy Station Status

The Administrator mode allows you to view and to print out the
current status of the copy station, the printer, and the scanner. The
status information includes the current state of all devices, the
amount of paper loaded in the printer, and the amount of toner
remaining in the printer's toner cartridge.
Press the Admin button on the control panel to access the

Administrator mode.

The copy station status appears on the touch screen.
Note:
When the scanner is not connected or while a scanner error occurs, the
scanner status is not displayed.
