4. Select the page layout that matches the page order of the
original document. If the document page order is from left to
right or from top to bottom, select the Odd -> Even setting.
If the document page order is from right to left or from bottom
to top, select the Even -> Odd setting.
When the document is placed horizontally on the document
table, the Select Page Layout screen appears as follows:
