Adjusting hydrostatic control

If the machines tends to run forwards or backwards
when the engine is running and the pedals are
unaffected, the spring tension at the pump's control
arm can be altered by turning the eccentric (1).
The hydrostatic control is adjusted as follows:
1. Raise the machine so that the wheels rotate freely.
2. Stop the engine.
3. Slacken off the lock nut (2) slightly, the eccentric
should be hard to turn.
4. Turn the eccentric using a spanner.
5. Test drive.
6. Repeat from step 2 if needed.
7. Check, with the LED in the sensor, that the sensor
is activated when the pedals are unactuated.
Do not change the length of the control rod (3) as this
affects the hydraulic pump setting. If the rod has been
changed unintentionally, it should be adjusted to the
correct length. This requires special equipment and
should be carried out by a Husqvarna workshop.
